Ratboy tries to navigate a budding romance while arranging a dance party with his dear friends.
"Great work on episode three. First instance of Ratboy Genius wearing a hat. The story was much more cohesive than the second one, where Ratboy Genius had kind of a goal, to hang out with Summer Solstice Baby (Ratboy Genius' Girlfriend). I loved how they picked up friends along the way, and brought back the characters we've been getting introduced to in the first few episodes. The prairie dogs were back again this episode and featured some of the best (funniest) animations, particularly when one of them was dancing and just turned over 360 degrees. Very cute, nice story."
"Good episode. We get our first glimpse of gigachad Big Cousin Fred, who lays down some great advice for our Ratboy friend. Bat friend was also a real G this episode. I liked that the plot was more coherent this time, and the dance party with the prairie dogs was genuinely one of the best things I've seen on TV in the past month. The music this episode kind of reminds me of the original Funimation dub DBZ score for some reason, just an observation. I like how the characters in this episode just announce their names whenever they're in the height of ecstasy, it's pretty awesome."
